Open AssayIndex sets no cookies, runs no analytics and holds no personal data. One localStorage key, for the colour scheme. This page says exactly what that means.
The short version

What happens when you load a page
Your browser fetches HTML, one stylesheet and one small script from this domain, and a web font from Google Fonts. That font request is the only third-party request the site makes; it discloses your IP address and user agent to that provider in the ordinary way any font request does. Everything else — every figure, every chromatogram, every calculator — is inline or same-origin.
What the calculators do with your input
Nothing leaves the page. The calculators are plain JavaScript running in your browser. No value you type is transmitted, logged or stored.
What the search does
Fetches one JSON file and filters it in memory. There is no search server, so there is no query log. A ?q= parameter in a URL you follow is read by the page and never sent anywhere.
Contributors
Contributors are pseudonymous. The index holds a handle, a submission history and signed annotations. It holds no real names, email addresses, payment details or addresses, and it could not identify a contributor if compelled to. See the data policy.
Server logs
The site is static files behind a CDN. Standard access logs exist at the infrastructure layer as they do for any website; the index does not query them, does not join them to anything, and derives no analytics from them.
Your rights
Rights of access, rectification and erasure apply to personal data. The index holds none, so there is nothing to access, rectify or erase. This is a design property rather than an oversight: the cheapest way to protect data is not to collect it.
