Total impurity load of 2.40 % with native GRF (1-29) (−59 Da) dominant reads like a preparative fraction cut wide. Yield was preferred to purity somewhere upstream. That is a legitimate commercial decision and it belongs on the certificate.

Purity commonly falls a few tenths between pilot and production scale, and a result below a laboratory-batch figure is the most ordinary thing in this dataset. Comparing a commercial lot against a research-batch certificate compares two different processes.

Short and polar sequences are poorly served by reverse phase, and a low area-percent figure on one can be a method artefact rather than a material property. HILIC or ion pairing would settle it.
